CricutCraft is an online business and currently has no physical address.

Billing is handled by Paddle; cancel from the billing portal in your account and see https://www.cricutcraft.com/refunds for refunds. CricutCraft cannot help with Cricut accounts, machines or Design Space itself; contact Cricut support at https://help.cricut.com/ for those.
