# Bee monogram SVGs

25 bee designs, drawn as split-letter and framed monogram files built for a name or an initial to drop into. The set covers bees, honeycomb, hives and "queen bee" lettering. They are made for pet-parent shirts, food-bowl vinyl, memorial signs, kids' room decor, tote bags and the car decal that names the breed.

Export **SVG** once the name is welded to the frame, or **DXF** for Silhouette Studio Basic. Weld before exporting or the frame and the letter arrive as two overlapping cuts.

## What people make with bee monograms

Pet-parent shirts, food-bowl vinyl, memorial signs, kids' room decor, tote bags and the car decal that names the breed, those are the pieces this collection gets used for. In this format they go on tumblers, tote bags, car windows, front doors, hoodies and anything that gets a name on it.

## Setting the name

A split monogram is a frame with a gap for text, so the type has to sit on the same baseline as the split or the whole thing looks tilted. Drop the text in, align to the split, then weld the letter and frame into a single outline, otherwise the blade cuts them as two overlapping shapes and the join gets sliced through.

## Getting bee designs right

A monogram stands or falls on the join: the letter and the frame have to weld into one closed outline before the blade sees them, or the split gets cut straight through. Honeycomb is a lattice of thin bridges, cut it slower than you would text, and never below 4in. Fur, whiskers and legs are the thin features that break. Before cutting at a small size, add a small contour offset to thicken the whole silhouette by a hair, it keeps the fine detail attached instead of weeding away with the waste.

## Questions

### What size should I cut bee monograms at?

Car decals want 5–8in and permanent outdoor vinyl. Food bowls take 2–3in. Shirt fronts at 10in.

### What is included in the bee collection?

25 designs covering bees, honeycomb, hives and "queen bee" lettering, supplied as SVG artwork to open in CricutCraft Studio. Customize a design, set the finished size and choose an export format for your project. Check the preview and free or premium access before opening a file.

### Can I put my own name or initial in these?

Yes, that is what the split is for. Add a text layer, choose a font, align it to the gap in the frame and weld before exporting. For a batch of different names, use bulk personalisation and merge a list rather than editing the text field once per name.

### Will these open in Cricut Design Space?

Export SVG from CricutCraft Studio, then use Upload in Design Space to add the file to the canvas. Check the finished size and the operation assigned to each layer before preparing the cutting mat.

### Can I sell what I make with bee monograms?

Yes on the paid plan, which includes a commercial licence for the physical products you make and sell, tumblers, tote bags, car windows, front doors, hoodies and anything that gets a name on it included. Reselling or redistributing the design files themselves is not permitted on any plan.
