# Wedding monogram SVGs

25 wedding designs, drawn as split-letter and framed monogram files built for a name or an initial to drop into. The set covers rings, florals, script names, dates and venue-sign lettering. They are made for welcome signs, table numbers, place cards, favour boxes, bridal-party shirts, cake toppers and the vinyl on forty champagne flutes.

Export **SVG** once the name is welded to the frame, or **DXF** for Silhouette Studio Basic. Weld before exporting or the frame and the letter arrive as two overlapping cuts.

## What people make with wedding monograms

Welcome signs, table numbers, place cards, favour boxes, bridal-party shirts, cake toppers and the vinyl on forty champagne flutes, those are the pieces this collection gets used for. In this format they go on tumblers, tote bags, car windows, front doors, hoodies and anything that gets a name on it.

## Setting the name

A split monogram is a frame with a gap for text, so the type has to sit on the same baseline as the split or the whole thing looks tilted. Drop the text in, align to the split, then weld the letter and frame into a single outline, otherwise the blade cuts them as two overlapping shapes and the join gets sliced through.

## Getting wedding designs right

A monogram stands or falls on the join: the letter and the frame have to weld into one closed outline before the blade sees them, or the split gets cut straight through. Every piece in a wedding set must share one font and one weight. Set them once and reuse across all forty items. Weddings are the highest-count personalisation job most makers take on: forty names, each one different, all needing to be identical in style. Script must be welded, and the whole set should be cut from one merged run so letter spacing does not drift between guest three and guest thirty-eight.

## When to make these

Bookings run March through October, with planning traffic six months ahead. If you sell, that is the window the listings need to be live in, search traffic for a seasonal theme arrives weeks before the date, not on it. Personalised pieces sell earlier than anything else seasonal, because the buyer is waiting on a name rather than on a date, list them well before the rush.

## Questions

### What size should I cut wedding monograms at?

Welcome signs are 18–24in. Table numbers 5–7in. Place cards 2–3in. Flute vinyl is under 2in and unforgiving.

### What is included in the wedding collection?

25 designs covering rings, florals, script names, dates and venue-sign lettering, supplied as SVG artwork to open in CricutCraft Studio. Customize a design, set the finished size and choose an export format for your project. Check the preview and free or premium access before opening a file.

### Can I put my own name or initial in these?

Yes, that is what the split is for. Add a text layer, choose a font, align it to the gap in the frame and weld before exporting. For a batch of different names, use bulk personalisation and merge a list rather than editing the text field once per name.

### Will these open in Cricut Design Space?

Export SVG from CricutCraft Studio, then use Upload in Design Space to add the file to the canvas. Check the finished size and the operation assigned to each layer before preparing the cutting mat.

### Can I sell what I make with wedding monograms?

Yes on the paid plan, which includes a commercial licence for the physical products you make and sell, tumblers, tote bags, car windows, front doors, hoodies and anything that gets a name on it included. Reselling or redistributing the design files themselves is not permitted on any plan.
