Print using compatible sublimation ink and transfer paper, then follow the blank and transfer manufacturer’s instructions for temperature, time, pressure and mirroring. A mug, tumbler and shirt can require different equipment and settings; test your exact combination before a batch. ## Getting motivation designs right Sublimation ink bonds only to polyester and polymer coating, so the blank decides the result more than the artwork does, the same file is vivid on a coated mug and washed out on cotton. Pure typography, so kerning is the design. Check letter spacing at final size before export. Typography is the whole design here, so kerning and welding are the whole job. Weld script into a single path, then check the counters, the enclosed spaces in a, e and o, are wide enough to weed.
