# Bee watercolor clipart

25 bee designs, drawn as watercolour clip art for print, sublimation and digital layouts. The set covers bees, honeycomb, hives and "queen bee" lettering. They are made for pet-parent shirts, food-bowl vinyl, memorial signs, kids' room decor, tote bags and the car decal that names the breed.

Export **PNG** at 300 DPI or higher for printing and sublimation, or **PDF** at true physical size for a press-ready layout. A cut line is optional: add a contour offset first if you want print-then-cut.

## What people make with bee watercolour

Pet-parent shirts, food-bowl vinyl, memorial signs, kids' room decor, tote bags and the car decal that names the breed, those are the pieces this collection gets used for. In this format they go on printed wall art, greeting cards, planner pages, sublimation blanks and digital layouts.

## Printing at quality

Watercolour art lives or dies on print resolution. Export at the final physical size and at least 300 DPI, a file that looks crisp on screen at 72 DPI will band and soften the moment it is printed at 8in. Soft watercolour edges also need a white or very light substrate; on a coloured blank the pale washes at the edge of each stroke disappear entirely.

## Getting bee designs right

Soft edges are the whole point, which makes this print-then-cut territory: the cut line goes around the artwork, never through the wash, or you lose the feathered edge that distinguishes it. Honeycomb is a lattice of thin bridges, cut it slower than you would text, and never below 4in. Fur, whiskers and legs are the thin features that break. Before cutting at a small size, add a small contour offset to thicken the whole silhouette by a hair, it keeps the fine detail attached instead of weeding away with the waste.

## Questions

### What size should I print bee watercolour at?

Car decals want 5–8in and permanent outdoor vinyl. Food bowls take 2–3in. Shirt fronts at 10in.

### What is included in the bee collection?

25 designs covering bees, honeycomb, hives and "queen bee" lettering, supplied as SVG artwork to open in CricutCraft Studio. Customize a design, set the finished size and choose an export format for your project. Check the preview and free or premium access before opening a file.

### Can these be cut on a vinyl machine?

Not directly, watercolour art is full-colour and has soft edges, which is the opposite of what a blade needs. Use it for print-then-cut, sublimation or digital layouts. If you need a cut line, add a contour offset around the artwork and print-then-cut instead.

### Will these open in Cricut Design Space?

Export your finished artwork as PNG, then upload it into Design Space for a printed project. For Print Then Cut, select a compatible machine and prepare the final sheet, offset and sensor marks there. Sublimation printing follows your printer and blank instructions instead.

### Can I sell what I make with bee watercolour?

Yes on the paid plan, which includes a commercial licence for the physical products you make and sell, printed wall art, greeting cards, planner pages, sublimation blanks and digital layouts included. Reselling or redistributing the design files themselves is not permitted on any plan.
