These designs are laid out for the printable band on a standard 11oz mug — about 8.5in around by 3.5in tall, with clearance either side of the handle. The 15oz blank is taller rather than wider, so the same file scales vertically without the composition drifting round to where nobody will see it.
For sublimation, export as a high-resolution PNG and mirror it in your printer software. For vinyl, export the SVG and cut it as-is: the curve is gentle enough on a mug that flat vinyl conforms without darting, which is not true of a tumbler.
