About cut files
An SVG stores paths rather than a fixed grid of pixels. For a cutting project, those paths define the outlines your blade follows. Check the smallest details at the finished size: a design that works on a sign may need simplifying before it can be weeded as a small decal.
Use the online editor to arrange artwork, add text and prepare your layout. Export SVG for Cricut Design Space or a compatible version of your cutting software, then confirm the size, layers, material and cut settings there. CricutCraft does not send cut instructions directly to a machine.
The first designs in each collection are free; premium artwork, PDF and DXF export require a paid plan. Compare plans and licensing before using a design for products you sell.
