About t-shirt designs
Every design here is proportioned for a standard adult front print, which is roughly 11in wide by 14in tall on the blanks most print-on-demand suppliers stock. Drop one into the mockup studio and the true print zone is drawn over the blank, so you can see the finished placement before you cut a single sheet of vinyl.
Layer separation matters more on apparel than anywhere else, because each colour is a separate weed-and-press pass. Colours are already split onto their own layers, so the export gives your machine one cut file per vinyl sheet rather than a single flattened outline you would have to take apart by hand.
